The Azienda Poggio San Polo is comprised of 4.6 hectares
of vines entirely dedicated to Brunello di Montalcino.
Following tradition the vines are trained according to the
spurred cordon method (4.464 plants per hectare), and the exposure is south south-east. The earth of San Polo enjoys exceptional exposure, location and geological formation, which makes it paricularly adapted to produce a high quality wine.
